A bas relief of a billowing flag hanging down from a pole, attached at the right and extending beyond the picture plane on the left in a decorative finial. The last four words from the Pledge of Allegiance are inscribed at the top, "With Liberty", and bottom, "and Justice for All". A life-size bird has lit above the word "Liberty". A perfect size for an office or courtroom.
